I’m a sucker for something sweet in the mornings and with a strong cup of joe. Lately, I’ve been heading to the gym pretty early because that’s when my body allows me to do some light jogging or high intensity cardio work. If you’re into something salty and sweet then I’d highly suggest having a go at stacking one of these bad boys.
Ingredients:
- Kallo Blueberry + Vanilla rice cakes (available at Sainsbury’s and most stores)
- Bananas
- Cinammon
- Honey (if you like things particularly sweet… like me ;))
- Almond Butter (I used the Pip and Nut brand)
